Reward Points Redemption

How do I redeem my Reward Points?

• You can redeem Reward Points at any time by going to the My Account page and clicking on Redeem Rewards.
• You will be asked to enter the number of Reward Points you wish to redeem.
• You can only redeem an amount less than or equal to your Redeemable Balance, which is displayed on the Redeem Rewards page.
• To redeem, you must be ID verified. If you are not yet verified, you will be prompted to upload a valid ID proof. Our customer service team will review and verify your details.

What is the minimum points I can redeem?

• No minimum points criteria.

What is the maximum points I can redeem?

• You can redeem all of your Redeemable Points Balance at any time.
• The balance includes points you earn by:
  • Winning contests
  • Claiming bonuses/promotions
  • Completing in-app activities or milestones

What are “Earned” and “Redeemable” Points, and how are they calculated?

Your Reward Points balance is divided into two accounts:

1. Earned Points Account – Includes points you receive but have not yet used in contests.
2. Redeemable Points Account – Includes points earned through gameplay, bonuses, and promotions that are eligible for redemption.

Example:

• Earned Points Balance = 100
• Redeemable Points Balance = 400
• Total = 500

If you earn 50 more points from an activity:

• Earned Points = 150
• Redeemable Points = 400
• Total = 550

If you participate in a contest worth 100 points and win 500 points:

• 100 is deducted from your Earned Points Balance
• 500 is credited to your Redeemable Points Balance
• New balances: Earned = 50, Redeemable = 900, Total = 950

How can I view my points balance?

You can check your balance anytime under the My Recent Transactions section.

Redemption Methods

All redemptions are processed through our partner network. Rewards may include:

• Gift vouchers / discount coupons
• Merchandise or brand products
• Premium app features or subscription upgrades
• Event access / exclusive tournaments

Redemption timelines:

• Most rewards are processed within 1–3 working days.
• Certain redemptions may take up to 5–7 days depending on partner timelines.

Minimum Redemption Value

• No minimum redemption value.

Taxes on Rewards

As per Indian tax laws, if any redeemed reward is classified as a prize/gift subject to tax, Q-Play15 will comply with applicable GST/TDS rules.

• If a voucher or merchandise exceeds the legal threshold, tax may apply before redemption.
• Users are responsible for declaring such rewards in their tax filings, if applicable.

End of Financial Year Carry Forward

• At the end of each Financial Year (31st March), any unused Reward Points will be carried forward to the new year.
• If required by law, applicable tax on cumulative rewards may be deducted before carry forward.

Reward Certificates

• Q-Play15 will provide redemption/benefit certificates for users, if required for tax purposes, within 1 month from the last date of filing quarterly reports.

Important Notes

• Reward Points cannot be converted into cash.
• All redemptions are final and non-refundable.
• In case of disputes, Q-Play15’s decision will be final.
