Refund Policy

All subscriptions, purchases, and Entry Points used on Q-Play15 to participate in skill-based quiz contests are final. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, so only error-oriented transaction cases shall be reviewed.

If you are not fully satisfied with any subscription/purchase made or feel there is an ‘Error’ in the transaction, please notify us within 3 days of the transaction date. We will review the case and determine a suitable resolution at our discretion.

Q-Play15 reserves the right to cancel any contest for any reason, with or without prior notice. In such cases, Entry Points used for the cancelled contest will be returned to all affected users.

If any refund is approved it will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

Once a contest (identified by the Series) has begun, users are strictly prohibited from joining late or requesting cancellation for that contest.
